Marathon Minute 

He’s no lightweight!  Think it’s easy to lift a barbell this size? Try doing it about a hundred times in front of a camera! Kevin Antoine does strength training for WBIR photographer Doug Mills (you may have seen this shot on TV).
Handle with care  Like millions of Americans, Michael Holtz struggles with lower back pain. However, he knows that’s no excuse for being inactive. Rebekah Wilson puts him through proper strength training exercises so he can learn how to walk and jog safely.
Superwoman  Sara Masters is living proof that life goes on – even with diabetes. She’s already strong in spirit. Now, she’s strengthening her body with resistance training at Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center.
     
Team up  Team members enjoy an afternoon “run for fun” outside Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center. One of the best ways to stay motivated during marathon training is to run with others. Get a running partner or form a team.

On the Run  Members of our 2008 team met for the first time at a special summit at Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center. In no time at all, they had formed friendships and were ready to run.
