		Ethiopian Urga Negewo Wins Belfast Marathon (BBC.News) Urga Negewo won the twenty-ninth Belfast Marathon with a time of 2 hours 16 minutes and 53 seconds. Sarah Stradling won the women's title.
		Urga Negewo and Sarah Stradling Win Belfast Marathon (BBC.com) Negewo won in two hours, 16 minutes and 56 seconds - almost a minute outside Marty Deane's record set in 1985.

		Leslie, Edelmann Win Career Firsts At Cox Sports Marathon (Providence Journal) A pair of 30-year-old engineers took top honors at the Cox Sports Marathon in downtown Providence. Scott Leslie, a telecommunications engineer from Rutland, Mass., established a comfortable lead throughout, and coasted as he secured the men's marathon title with a time of 2:35:45. Jennifer Edelmann, a structural engineer, held off Kate Jarocki to win women's race in 3:01:07.
