Simon Sawe and Mary Akor won the men and women's marathon titles respectively at the twenty-eighth running of the Trinidad and Tobago Marathon. Sawe won his third title with a time of 2 hours 25 minutes and 9 seconds.

Brian Baker took home the top honors at the Carlsbad Marathon with a five minute margin of victory over second place and a time of 2 hours 18 minutes and 39 seconds. It was the third fastest time in the races eighteen year history.

   Myers Wins Inaugural Yuma Territorial Prison Marathon (Yuma Sun)
Rance Myers completed twenty marathons in 2009 and his second of 2010 resulted in a victory. Myers won the first annual Yuma Territorial Marathon with a time of 2 hours 57 minutes and 30 seconds.
