   Wardian, Faber Win 17th ING Hartford Marathon (RunningUSA Wire)
Michael Wardian, 36 of Arlington, VA bested more than 12,000 marathoners, in the closest finish in 17 years to win the ING Hartford Marathon in 2:24:38. Jeannette Faber, 28, of Somerville, MA repeated as women's champion, winning in 2:41:06.
