		Runners Enjoy Cold Race Up Causeways At Melbourne And Beaches Music Marathon (Florida Today) Brian Alessandro won the Melbourne and Beaches Music Marathon with a time of 2 hours 39 minutes and 12 seconds. 		Annual Surf City Marathon Draws Record Turnout (89.3KPCC) Matt Wiltse, Las Vegas, won the Surf City Marathon in 2 hours 37 minutes and 19 seconds while Karen Warrendorf, Vancouver B.C., won the women's division with a time of 3 hours 5 minutes and 24 seconds.

		Moneghetti Hails Hunt's Marathon Debut (The Sydney Morning Herald) Peter Kipkorir won the Beppu Oita Marathon with a time of 2 hours 10 minutes and 50 seconds. Daniel Ngenja was six seconds back for second place and Jeff Hunt took third in 2 hours 13 minutes and 27 seconds.
