		List, Arnold Win Flying Pig Marathon (Cincinnati.com) Brian List won the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon with a time of 2 hours 31 minutes and 56 seconds. Cynthia Lauren took home top honors for the women with a time of 2 hours 55 minutes and 2 seoncds.
	Cox Sports Providence Marathon

		Leslie, Edelmann Win Career Firsts At Cox Sports Marathon (Providence Journal) A pair of 30-year-old engineers took top honors at the Cox Sports Marathon in downtown Providence. Scott Leslie, a telecommunications engineer from Rutland, Mass., established a comfortable lead throughout, and coasted as he secured the men's marathon title with a time of 2:35:45. Jennifer Edelmann, a structural engineer, held off Kate Jarocki to win women's race in 3:01:07.

		Inexperienced Runners Capture Frederick Marathon Titles (Frederick News-Post) Morton Caster won the Frederick Marathon with a time of 2 hours 44 minutes and 57 seconds. Becki Pierotti won the women's division with a time of 3 hours 14 minutes and 49 seconds.

		Hoyt, Chappell Win Lincoln Marathon (Journal Star) Matt Hoyt won the Lincoln Marathon with a time of 2 hours 38 minutes and 32 seconds. Ann Marie Chappel won the women's title with a time of 2 hours 45 minutes and 28 seconds.

		Lynbrook Man, Bronx Woman Win Long Island Marathon (NewsDay) Dan McGrath won the Long Island Marathon with a time just under 2 hours and 30 minutes. Lilia Britez won the women's race with a time of 3 hours 20 minutes and 22 seconds.

		13,000 Take On O.C. Marathon Challenge (The Orange County Register) James Krawczyk II, 26, a substitute teacher running his first marathon, took first place with a time of 2:27:48. Maika Nelson, 29, of Anaheim took first place in the women's marathon, with a time of 2:56:06, 25 minutes better than her personal best.

		Pittburgh Marathon Sees Kirui, Wilkinson Finish First (Huliq.com) Kpyegon Kirui won the Pittsburgh Marathon with a time of 2 hours 17 minutes and 12 seconds. The women's race was won by Lynnette Wilkinson with a time of 2 hours 38 minutes 44 seconds
