Army Ten-Miler Entries Off to Fast Start

The 2006 Army Ten-Miler is registering people at a record rate, according to the event organizers. Registration opened on April 3 and already 4000 people have signed-up for the Sunday, October 8, race in Washington, D.C.

"The 2006 Army Ten-Miler is gearing up to be the strongest yet," said race director, Jim Vandak, through a press release. "...we hope to give runners the best experience possible, both before the race and during race weekend."
