    Road Closures Announced For The Eau Palm Beach Marathon & Run Fest

WEST PALM BEACH, FL - The following road closures will take place Sunday, 
December 7th 2014 for the EAU Palm Beach Marathon & Run Fest produced by 
Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company (NYSE: LTM).
 
The marathon and half marathon will begin at 6:30am in front of the Meyer 
Amphitheater which will proceed north to 58th Street. The 5K will then 
begin at 6:45am heading south to turn around at Sunset Road. The 5K will be 
utilizing the path under the middle bridge and will not impede the 
Okeechobee Blvd intersection. However, full and half marathon participants 
will begin crossing the Okeechobee Blvd intersection at 7:00am where police 
will manage intermittent traffic flow to and from the island. In West Palm 
Beach and Lake Worth for North and Southbound traffic we recommend using 
Dixie Highway. For all traffic leaving or going to Palm Beach we recommend 
using the North, Southern or Lake Ave Bridge. All participants are 
estimated to be off the remaining sections of the course by 1:45am for the 
reopening of the roads, however, most of the roadways will be clear before 
then due to the rolling reopening procedures. Roads will be closed and 
managed by the City of West Palm Beach Police Department and Palm Beach 
County Sheriff's Office.
