FIND YOURSELF AT THE LAKE CHAMPLAIN WOMEN'S RUNNNG CAMP
Between pressures at work and obligations at home, it's easy for women to
get lost in the daily grind. For those who feel like "up and running"
applies to everything except their exercise program, the Lake Champlain
Women's Running Camp, June 10-16, 2007, provides an opportunity to find
themselves again.
The camp left such a lasting impression on me.
My soul feels cleansed. My legs feel energized.
My spirit refreshed!

Located at the historic and distinctive Basin Harbor Club in Vergennes,
Vermont, the Lake Champlain Women's Running Camp offers participants a
unique vacation of education, relaxation and motivation. Guided by an
experienced staff, women of ranging abilities and ages train together on
country roads and soft trails. Daily workshops address the principles of
training, core strengthening, health and nutrition, sports psychology and
injury prevention. Participants also have time for yoga, kayaking and even
just for themselves.
To personalize and maximize the experience for each participant, the Lake
Champlain Women's Running Camp is limited to 30 women and maintains a 5-1
runner-to-coach ratio. Fees include healthy meals prepared from the
freshest Vermont sources, exquisite cottage accommodations, one-on-one
nutrition counseling, footwear analysis, fitness testing, as well as a
training notebook and complimentary performance wear.
The camp was such a wonderful opportunity to meet so
many cool women who are able to balance their personal lives,
work and fitness. I liked the small number of campers and the
personalized attention. I feel grounded and excited all at once!
