Kentucky Derby Festival Marathon

The GE Appliances Kentucky Derby Festival miniMarathon & Marathon is a long-standing tradition held every spring in Kentucky. It has become the largest annual day of road racing in the state. As 2025 marks the 52nd annual miniMarathon and 24th annual Marathon, the Festival looks forward to another historic

event. Participants will start at Louisville Slugger Field in downtown Louisville and run through numerous neighborhoods, experiencing all aspects of our wonderful city, including a run through the infield of historic Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby. Then cross the finish line where they will be greeted by family and friends for our post race party!

The backdrop for setting personal bests with a fast, flat, and scenic point to point race. With a flat course we are the fastest paced course on the East Coast. Enjoy a fun and scenic race running by the beach and historic downtown!

Finishing downtown not only gives runners and spectators alike a chance to enjoy the historic center of the city, it lets runners finish on a net decline, which helps them with their finish time and improves their chances to qualify for the 2026 Boston Marathon or the 2025 Abbott WMM MTT Age Group Marathon World Championships.

Rocket City Marathon

The Rocket City Marathon has been a fixture in North Alabama for over 45 years. Enjoy a scenic, Boston qualifying course that runs through parts of historic Huntsville, through the Space & Rocket Center, through the Botanical Gardens, and finishes inside the Von Braun Center.

12/14/2024 - Jacksonville Marathon (Jacksonville, FL)

26.2 miles of palm lined, glittering waterfront to historic neighborhoods. The Garden of Life Palm Beaches Marathon course will take you through the lively downtown area, through historic areas and quaint neighborhoods. You will run on shaded city streets, and on palm lined Flagler Drive past the Manatee Lagoon, museums and parks with glittering water views and beautiful architecture. 100% flat. 100% beautiful.
