Cellcom brings technical expertise to Community First Fox Cities Marathon

The Community First Fox Cities Marathon is pleased to announce its
partnership with Green Bay-based wireless service provider Cellcom as its
Official Technology Sponsor. Through this partnership, participants will
now have access to advanced chip-timing and runner-tracking technology.

"Cellcom is well-known for its exceptional customer service, and its
extensive package of technology services has caught the attention of other
prestigious running events," said Event Manager Debbie Jansen. "We are
confident that Cellcom's innovative technology will take the Community
First Fox Cities Marathon to a new level and will enhance the experience
for both participants and spectators."

Community First Fox Cities Marathon participants will benefit from timing
mats along the course and at the finish line that allow them to track their
pace and achieve personal goals. Volunteers will help participants and
spectators sign up for e-mail and text message updates and will provide
up-to-the-minute information in the Results Tent powered by Cellcom.

Cellcom's proprietary software calculates each participant's pace and
provides an estimate of when the person will arrive at the various mile
markers. By integrating the timing mats and Cellcom's cellular network,
instant results are available to anyone who has signed up for the service
no matter if he/she is on the course or half-way around the world and
regardless of what cellular provider the person uses.

Family and friends of participants will be able to follow the progress of
up to five runners via e-mail or text messages to enhance their experience
in knowing appropriate locations on the course to offer encouragement and
make sure they are at the finish line to share in the excitement.

The same running-tracking technology is used at the Cellcom Green Bay
Marathon and continues to grow in popularity.

Cellcom is a subsidiary of Nsight, a locally owned provider of
communications services throughout Wisconsin and Michigan with more than 80
retail and agent locations. Founded in 1986, Cellcom is the largest
cellular carrier based in Wisconsin. The company activated the Midwest's
first alternative-energy cell site on Earth Day, April 22, 2008.

The 19th annual Community First Fox Cities Marathon is scheduled for Sept.
19 to 20.
