"Prague Arrivals" Continues In Brussels

The 15th Prague International Marathon (PIM) has opened a photo
exhibition at the Berlaymont, the Brussels-based headquarters of the
European Commission.

On Wednesday afternoon, a photo exhibition was opened featuring the world
of sports, marathon running and the 15th anniversary of PIM.

At the opening ceremony, Carlo Capalbo, president of the Prague
International Marathon, spoke about the excellent reputation the Prague
International Marathon has built around the world thanks to its large
number of international participants and top notch organization of PIM
events. He spoke also about the exceptional and beautiful surroundings of
Prague providing a unique experience for everyone who takes part in the
races.

In the presence of the EU Commissioner Vladimír Špidla, Carlo Capalbo spoke
about Špidla's positive approach to long-distance running and thanked him
for supporting sports and promoting healthy lifestyle among the young
generation.

The set of three exhibits in Brussels now continues from 22 July until the
second half of September 2009. We are looking forward to the next European
stop.
