Race officials for the Pasadena Marathon have announced the course for the 2010 Marathon is now set. The course has undergone changes and months of deliberation among the race organizers.

The inaugural Pasadena Marathon was canceled two hours prior to the start due to smoke from nearby forest fires. The rescheduled race was held in a pouring rainstorm. The 2010 race seems to be finding a good groove.

Pasadena Marathon race officials were ready to announce the date for their 2010 race when organizers of the Los Angeles Marathon chose the same date. Pasedena officials quickly moved to the February 21, 2010 date to avoid conflicts.
