Alpharetta Marathon and Half Marathon Set to Run: March 2, 2008
The 2nd Annual Alpahretta Marathon will begin at 7 am on March 2, 2008. This will mark Alpharetta’s 2008 Sesquicentennial Celebration. Along with a $4,000 dollar prize purse to include age group winners, special monetary prizes will go to the 150th person across the half way point and the finish line. The Boston Qualifying course will feature musicians and local bands.
