Boulder Marathon's Jeff Mason agrees not to run marathons, races for seven years

Boulder Marathon Director Jeff Mason has agreed to not run any marathons or races in Boulder County for the next seven years, resolving part of a lawsuit filed against him by the Boulder County District Attorney's Office after two cancelled races.
