Runners from all over the world are expected to attend the San Diego marathon, including those from Russia, Japan, Germany, Great Britain, Kenya and South Africa. The race is also expected to draw up to 20,000 spectators. The weekend is packed with running related events, like carbo dinners and kid's runs. So, say race directors, forget the super bowl for a day, this event is big.
