The Wayne County Medical Examiner's office finalized the autopsy of the three men who died while running the Detroit Free Press Flagstar Marathon in October. The autopsy suggeste that two of the men suffered from cardiac dysrhthmia and passed away from heart attacks.

One of the three men in the Detroit Free Press Marathon suffered from heart disease and was declared to have died from natural causes. Rick Brown, 65, of Marietta collapsed while running the half-marathon.

Sarah Plaxton won the Detroit Marathon in 2 hours and 57 minutes and a bit surprised in doing so. The stay-at-home mom ran in high school and has raised three kids while running and training for the marathon.

Autopsies were performed on the three men that died in the Detroit Marathon on Sunday. Initial autopsy results were inconclusive although doctors are saying that the three deaths are a statistical fluke.
