The fourth annual Kansas City Health and Fitness Expo, which kicks off the Kansas City Marathon on Saturday, will be from 4 to 9 tonight and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the Crown Center Exhibit Hall.

The Kansas City Marathon begins October 18 at seven in the morning and will close streets and disrupt bus service from downtown to 75th Street.The 26.2-mile event begins at Pershing Road and Grand Boulevard and ends up about three blocks away at the Freight House, 22nd Street and Baltimore Avenue.
