Harmony Holland is now officially the female winner of the Manitoba Marathon crossing the finish line Sunday in 3:07:20. Local runner Sabrina McGee apparently took a wrong turn on the course and apparently crossed the finish line first.

Sabrina McGee of Winnipeg was the first woman to cross the finish line at the Manitoba Marathon, but collapsed before officials could determine whether she had completed the full course. Hourse later officials decided that the winner was Harmony Holland of Florida.

Dane Samuel, a St. Vincent & Grenadines native who has been living in Manitoba since 1990 won the Manitoba Marathon for the second consecutive year, this year in 2:31:27.
