My Favorite Marathon!!!!

The organization and course support and mission is awesome. Second time running this race and would highly recommend anyone seeking a great marathon course to give it a try. Emotional AF when passing by the hospital and seeing the kids. Not a dry eye around. The pickle shots on the course were fun and I admit to even taking a few random shots from the friendly community block parties!

Half Runner

I ran the half marathon. Was very impressed with the organization, expo, race day set up, great track a little emotional, running through St. Jude's. Was great to support such an important organization. The fan support was incredible for the whole route.

Tennessee residents Brian Shelton of Cookeville, and Candice Fredericks of Collierville were the top male and female finishers, respectively, in the St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend on Saturday, Dec. 3. Shelton finished the 26.2-miles course with a time of 2:38:16 while Fredericks finished in 3:11:22. Proceeds from all races benefited St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®, one of the world's premier centers for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other deadly childhood diseases.

2011 St. Jude Memphis Half Marathon Sells Out; Limited Spots Available for St. Jude Heroes

Participants can still secure spots in the now sold-out St. Jude Memphis Half Marathon to be held Saturday, December 3, by becoming a St. Jude Hero. St. Jude Heroes take their race commitment to the next level by raising funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®. By committing to raise at least $500, participants will be guaranteed a race entry while spots are still available. The St. Jude Memphis Half Marathon is one of four races of the St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend which includes the St. Jude Memphis Marathon, the Memphis Grizzlies House 5K and the St. Jude Memphis Family Race and Kids Marathon.
