Bryan Morseman, 23, of Addison New York trains in a region similar to the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. The training seemed to pay off for Morseman as he won the overall marathon title at the Run for the Red with a time of 2 hours 23 minutes and 59 seconds.

The Pocono Mountain Run for the Red Marathon is offering another choice for long distance runners on May 17. The 26.2 mile race can be done as a two-person relay. Long distance runners are even afforded the opportunity to participate in a five-kilometer race.
