PLEASE JOIN IN THE FUN CREATED BY BAYSTATE HEALTH NURSES TO SUPPORT BAYSTATE HEALTH NURSES! Our Annual Nurses &amp; Support Staff Week run/walk event encourages participants to get moving, while providing support for our frontline caregivers. The 5K run/1K walk event is a fun, energetic way nurses, their families, friends and the community show support and appreciation for one another. All proceeds benefit the Nursing Scholarship Fund through the Baystate Health Foundation supporting nursing professional development opportunities including scholarships, education and research. Event details and schedule: Runners and walkers will begin at 9:00am. The start and finish line is located on Pratt Street, directly to the right side of the Chestnut building. The course will take you up Chapin Terrace, through Van Horn park and back- there will be signs and volunteers along the course to help direct participants. Light refreshments will be available. First 50 participants will receive a T-shirt! Finisher medals will be awarded for first, second and third place 5K finishers!
