Sean Stafford won the Rock N River Marathon with a time of 2 hours 35 minutes and 45 seconds. Annie Rutledge took home top honors in the women's division with a time of 3 hours 15 minutes and 29 seconds.

Temperatures at the start of the Reno Rock-N-River Marathon will be about 38 degrees. Jonathan Shoop won the race in 2009 and hopes to defend his title in 2010
