Shaun Frandsen won the 2019 Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon in 2:36:14 while Christine Babcock won the women's race in 2:59:16.

Nearly 14,000 registered runners from age 10 to 81 took to the streets of the Emerald City this weekend to participate in the 11th running of the St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon & 1/2 Marathon. In the marathon Shaun Frandsen (Kirkland, Wash.) broke the tape as the overall champion finishing in 2:36:14. Christine Babcock (Seattle, Wash.) was the womens marathon champion with a final time of 2:59:16.

The Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series® has announced brand-new courses for the 2019 St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll® Seattle Marathon & 1/2 Marathon, taking place Friday, June 7 through Sunday, June 9. This year's brand-new course - which both starts and ends at Seattle Center - will feature some of Seattle's most beautiful vistas, including Downtown Seattle, Fremont, Queen Anne Hill, Kerry Park, Woodland Park, and Green Lake.
