Nearly six-hundred runners showed up Sunday afternoon to raise money for the Good Samaritan Boys Ranch near Phelps Grove Park. The marathon event is a qualifier for Boston and New York City Marathons.

The Tenth Annual Good Samaritan Run for the Ranch will be held on December 27 starting at 2:30 pm from the Trinity Lutheran Church. Events will include the marathon, half-marathon, 5K and 10K.
