Bad Weather Stops Army Marathon, But Not Before Most Finish

Hundreds of runners support the troops at the Army Marathon despite bone-chiliing weather and high winds. The race course was closed 5 hours and 45 minute into the run allowing all but 40 or so runners to complete the marathon course.
