TheĀ 2025 Los Angeles Marathon, held on March 16, was a landmark event, drawing over 20,000 participants to its famous āStadium to the Starsā course. The race made history as Matt Richtman, a former NCAA Division III All-American from North Central College, became the first American male to win the event in 30 years, finishing in 2:07:56. Kenyaās Athanas Kioko, an All-American from Campbell University, placed second in 2:10:55, while Moses Kiptoo Kurgat secured third in 2:13:14.
