Kindly note that I had a lovely time at the event. I ran the 10km, the route and the support along the way was amazing. The only issue was the timing. It was a bit late starting10am. It was extremely hot. I would advise you change the start time to 7ish for next year. It might only be a 10km but the sun is no-one's friend.

But on the plus side well done on a great event.
