Race Details

Back Your Badge Marathon is a premier race event sponsored by the Town of Plainfield, Indiana to show support all Public Safety Agencies. Police, Fire, and Communications have all made a commitment to the health and wellness of their personnel. Join us in supporting Public Safety with at the First Annual Back Your Badge Marathon. The race features, 5k (3.1 Miles), ½ Marathon (13.1 Miles) and Full Marathon distances (26.2 Miles). The course travels a mix of everything the town has to offer. Run historic US 40, Plainfield Parks Trail System, and run by or through your local police station, fire station and communications center.
