Boniface Kongin, who started simply as bib "7110", clinched the 2019 Grandma's Marathon in 2:11:56.

Scaroni Shatters Paralympic World Record at Grandma's Marathon; Kongin, Rojas Claim Victories in the Open Division

Kenya's Boniface Kongin claimed victory in the 43rd annual Grandma's Marathon. Kongin finished the course with a time of 2:12:01. In the women's division, American, Nell Rojas, claimed the women's championship title with a time of 2:28:09.
