Ethiopia's Bizuneh Melaku Belachew won the Hong Kong Marathon in a record breaking 2:10:31 while Ethiopia's Gulume Tollesa Chala won the women's race in 2:33:39, in an event marred with the death of a 52-year old woman runner.
